NTA (formerly the National Tour Association) is an association of tour
operators. Mountain Outin' has been a member since 1990. We adhere
to the NTA code of ethics which is designed to ensure clients of NTA members
receive professional and ethical travel experiences.
National Association of Railroad Passengers. This organization works for
the continuation and improvement of rail passenger service in the United
States. Mountain Outin' has been a member and supporter since 1980.
We encourage you consider membership. Donations are tax deductible.
California Seller of Travel Registration: All sellers of travel in the State of California are required to register with the California Attorney General. Mountain Outin's registration number is 1002830-40. In conjunction with this registration, Mountain Outin' also participates in the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund.
